In his WWI Draft Registration Card dated 11 June 1918, Robert Clyde Hutsell said that he was born 13 July 1896 in Tarrant County, TX. He was living in Briscoe County, TX, where he was self-employed, presumably in farming. He listed his father, Wm. A. Hutsell of Carrollton, Dallas County, TX, as his nearest relative.
