Directions: Take Hwy 1 Airport Blvd. to Freedom Blvd. Right on Freedom
Blvd. Continue till you see the crypts of the "old" Watsonville Catholic Cemetery on the left. Pioneer Cemetery is about 2-3 blocks further on the right. It is surrounded by fast food, shopping centers, etc. and you'll think it's the wrong street, but don't despair! The chain-link fence gate on Freedom Blvd appears to be permanently locked. Go to the first street past the Cemetery, turn right, then right again. The cemetery parking lot and office are in the "back" of the Cemetery. The office is closed from 12 to 1 for lunch.
